Snow White, the Preview

There's a chill in the air. Two nights of frost within the 'burbs, and near-frost in the city. There is no snow yet, of course. But that chill is a reminder that Winter, that cold, wild beast, lies waiting just around the corner. Maybe it's some sort of treason to speak of that "W" word, but since winter was all but absent last year, I almost look forward to the wild, cold whiteness of a true WINTER.

So, here's to what has passed, and to what MAY be soon to come(global warming notwithstanding).
