Pictures can not convey the beauty, the magic of this place. Georgian Bay, and especially Moon Island, are for me a place of holy "otherness", of stark beauty, of blessed disconnect from the ordinary world.
The photos I managed this weekend are pretty enough, but nothing but the experience of this wildly rugged place could truly convey to you the "je ne sait quois" that infuses this precious part of Mother Nature's abode.
